A question for everyone here who visits regularly or not: If I started broadcasting a mix of everything (and I do mean different genres) in my library of music as a internet radio stream, who would really listen? I originally thought, a while back, that it’d be cool to have a streaming application set up just in case the wife an I go on vacation somewhere and we wanted to listen to the music we have saved at home. Well, the acquisitioning of iPods for me and her blew that idea out of the water. Still, it may not be a bad idea in itself. What do you think? Post your comment here…

  2. Wonder what would be the legal ramifications of such a broadcast? You may want to check that out first.

  4. Noticed your upcoming events. Not that you need to publicize it, but Rob’s birthday is April 27th. Also, remember Grandpa Day on May 7th.

  6. I didn’t know when his b-day was… Thank you! I’ll add it asap. Everyone in my life deserves to be recognized equally. I’ll add Grandpa, too.

  8. Already checked the legalities of an endeavor… it is said that as long as you’re not doing it for profit and it’s more for personal use than mass broadcasting, it should be fine. I can limit the listener base on the software.

  10. Your own internet radio station? That would be a great idea! It would be a blogger first.

  12. Honestly probable wouldn’t listen as I rarely ever listen to music online. Partly because my computer probable would act like a total piece of garbage.
